Chief Judge Pascoe | Federal Circuit Court of Australia

John Henry Pascoe AO CVO was appointed Chief Magistrate of the Federal Magistrate’s Court on 23 August 2004 and became the Chief Judge of court when it became the Federal Circuit Court of Australia on 1 May 2013. He succeeded Diana Bryant AO as Chief Magistrate.

In 1994, his Honour was appointed a member of the General Division of the Order of Australia and in 2002 an Officer in the General Division of the Order of Australia. In 2010 he was appointed as an Officer of the Royal Victorian Order (CVO).

His Honour began his legal career as a solicitor in 1977. He is a graduate of the Australian National University.
